This includes self-paced courses, live webinars, and online coaching sessions.
Refund Conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course material has been accessed.
Refunds are not available for completed programs or those where all content has been accessed.
Non-Refundable Items:
Programs purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code.
Customized or tailored online training sessions.
Process:
Submit your refund request via email to support@smarteryou.in, including your purchase details and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Physical Products
This includes books, journals, and other educational materials.

Refunds or replacements will be granted for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
E-books or digital product downloads.

Once approved, the product must be returned to the address provided. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
3. Offline Events and Workshops
This includes in-person events, workshops, and training sessions.

Cancellations by SmarterYou:
If the event or workshop is canceled by us, participants are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellations by Participants:
Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event to receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
Non-Attendance:
No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who fail to attend the event or workshop without prior notice.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
In the case of promotional or bundled offers, refunds may be prorated based on the full price of the items.
