Sam's Story
Sam started to work at 18, and with his obsession for growth, he grew up in the positions in a short period. His passion for helping others dawned on him when he witnessed his colleagues stagnant and stuck at the workplace. In his quest to study human behavior and performance, he met his mentor and coach Bob Proctor, the world-renowned Success Teacher. This led him to start SmarterYou to serve the Indian People. He is driven by a passion for helping individuals become their best selves, achieve continuous growth, and develop into exceptional leaders in the workplace.
With 19 years of diverse work experience, Samson began his career as a sales executive before transitioning into the banking sector as a specialist. Later moved to the Learning Team, and leadership roles.
Seeking to create a broader impact, Samson left the corporate world to establish his services. He founded SmarterYou and authored the book The Art of Working, aimed at guiding professionals toward meaningful career growth. Samson is deeply enthusiastic about innovative ideas, business strategies, teaching, and leadership development. His expertise lies in people development, fostering leadership growth, and promoting practices for successful living.
Today, through our various online programs, books, workshops and events we are influencing individuals for their better version.
